Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids last month. This is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this wonderful event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial assistance for families.
Midland Air Service Experts raised $1000 for this wonderful cause and the nationwide event has raised over half-a-million dollars. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been volunteering for the event since 2014 and her dad’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding group gets involved every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this wonderful cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle group may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it to help the kids,” said Rebecca.
